Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with via contact page within 3 days of product delivery. We offer a free replacement or a refund you in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. For refund, you need to send the original product to us, and the shipping cost should be borne by purchaser.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Print painting will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the right information from your customers.
In other words, we’re unable to provide a free replacement or refund if the customer made a mistake with the item that they ordered or if they didn’t receive the order due to an incorrect shipping address
